- Reliability - When we schedule an appointment or your job to begin on a certain day we will show up on time or we will do you the simple courtesy of calling you to reschedule.
- Dependability - You can depend on us to do what we say when we say in a safe and clean manner. When we start a job we are there every day until it is finished. None of this terrible practice of tying up your house for weeks or months unnecessarily while we are off working somewhere else.
- Quality Personnel - We are very sensitive to what kind of people we bring into your house. We do most of the work using our employees who are fulltime experienced trades persons. We sub out very little. We don't use day labor or illegal labor. All of our employees have a criminal background checks and are subject to random drug testing.
- Quality Workmanship - Ask any of our past customers about the high quality of our work. We seek only trades persons who are detail oriented. No Slobs! Although Delta Remodel is paid by the job our employees are paid by the hour not by the job. Hurried workers produce hurried results. The fine details of a remodel job are the difference between bragging and being frustrated. What's the difference between a good pretty job and a rushed ugly job? Usually about 10 minutes. Our workers are required to do the good pretty job.
